The primary nation in the Upwards the Dinos trilogy Trilogy. Its loosely modeled on Vegas. Its Thifty-Frunth president, or "Dinoesident" was Leptherio, whose conversion to Obtroscopy, and his ultimate melding with the Handles of Mabrush, lead him to discern the Three-fold Ship, and begin the journey of Thinkonomics, the mental mind science of mindology.
